You clowns should indicate only available to Xfinity and Optimum subscribers. Dont waste your time. Can I give "0" stars for treating consumers w/ contempt?

One provider? Absolutely awful app. Dont waste your time. I want the 30 seconds of my life back I spent downloading this piece of junk.

You only service one TV provider, Optimum, yet never state that in your description of the app. It has the potential to be the #1 streaming app for any New Yorker yet fails miserably since you cant even get past the login screen (and lets be honest, how many people really have optimum outside of LI?).

Chromecast support-negative, airplay support- negative, support of other providers except optimum-negative. This app isnt new. Its been out almost a year and we are still getting the "negotiations" lip service. Word to Dolan...whoever is doing youre negotiations needs to start looking for a new job.

1 provider Ive never seen such a thing. Should not have launched app if it wasnt ready. Please stop promoting this app until other providers become available.

Participatinf TV providers? You guys listed one (Optimum) and oh they mislead you once more by "tap here if you dont see your TV provider," after that, you tap on your TV provider and then they will tell you to contact them and ask for MSG GO. LOL.

I HAVE optimum and I cant even get it to work.

App works great you just need a optimum ID and you can watch the Knicks on the go !

You really shouldnt be rating this app One Star because your internet service provider is not supported. You are abusing the rating system.

So, you have to be an optimum subscriber. And they dont have the Rangers? This app blows.

Really? They should call the app MSG Optimum, not MSG Go.

How is this MSG Go without NY Ranger games?! Terrible!

Agree with other reviewer, no need for 1-stars due to lack of support for your cable provider, after all Cablevision owns MSG so its no surprise Optimum is only supported!

Figures that it would only work with Optimum/CableVision. Since the Dolan family owns Optimum, CableVision, Knicks, NY Rangers MSG network and Madison Square Garden. No other cable provider is allowed to watch other than Optimum. Thats ridiculous
